Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

Certain items are non-returnable, including:​

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
