Personalised or engraved items can’t be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or with an error on my part.

For non-personalised items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo and your order number — I’ll happily offer a replacement or refund.
