Each item is made with care, and I want you to love your purchase!

If there’s any issue with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery.

Please note:

Personalised or engraved items can’t be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or with an error on my part.

For non-personalised items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo and your order number — I’ll happily offer a replacement or refund.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days.

We use Royal Mail (or another reliable courier) for delivery.
